Today, President Clinton announced the progress of the “Got Your Six Campaign,” a Commitment to Action focused on veterans, which developed out of CGI America 2011. Service Nation created the Got Your Six Campaign, collaborative effort based on partnerships formed at CGI America 2011 between the entertainment community and nonprofit community. The campaign aims to bridge the gap between civilians and the military to focus on veterans' wellness through six core pillars including: jobs, leadership, education, housing, health, and family. Got Your 6 and its partners aim to directly impact the lives of 1.3 million veterans and military families by the end of 2014.
